This place does not even deserve one star. Please please if you’re looking for care for your loved one DO NOT hire this company. My mother-in-law is elderly, lives with us and has some health issues that require her to have assistance in her daily living. Up until a month ago she was independent in her mobility and needed help with preparing food, some cleaning and errands. We hired Always Best Care, Wilmington, for my elderly mom. We tried 4 different care provider's w/ this co. in just a few months. Not a great experience and here's why: 1)some of my mom's personal belongings went missing & were never recovered, including family gifts**; 2)there were 'attitude' problems of a few of the providers; and, 3) the staff's level of professionalism and organization was lacking.
