scheduled an appointment 2-3 times. They missed them all. No call. I call and finally get Danny to come out. He gives me a quote. I accept the quote. Here we are 2 months late and still no locks installed. I don't understand how they stay open doing business like this. I have used them for 5+ years for medico key copies and misc other commercial lock work. Sad to say I've got to find a new locksmith

Danny is awesome, we ran into him at Home Depot needing to re-key a lock. The person who does it at Home Depot was not there. When he overheard the conversation he spoke up and came to the rescue. Danny offered all this advice which is amazing for first time homeowners. He went out of his way to help us and I cannot thank him enough!

Wonderful service! Arrowhead Lock & Safe were very prompt and friendly in their communication. I had them over to re-key two doors in my new home. The technician was very quick and efficient, and a really nice guy, too!

Fast, professional and very knowledgeable! Called a bunch of locksmiths and Arrowhead Lock & Safe was the one who answered my call. They called when they arrived and repaired my lock very fast, and even gave me a reason why my door knob fell off. They were awesome. I highly recommend them! Great service.

Professional, kind and they explained everything. They offered options and honest opinions. They were flexible and worked with our schedule. We will be getting more work done soon, for sure. We are so thankful to have found an honest and knowledgeable locksmith. They work very hard!
