I placed my first order and got a confirmation of the charges. My card was charged a higher rate than what I agreed to. It turns out it was for freight but the problem came in when I tried to call to verify the issue. The lady put me on hold mid sentence and the guy that picked up was rude and never did what he said he was going to do. Will NEVER work with them again.
Jennifer Jefferson was great to deal with, took care of my order with plenty of follow up and great communication throughout. My order wasn't a high dollar purchase but I was treated like a valued customer and the fasteners I was wanting are hard to find and they did the best they could to find what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a business w/ integrity and great customer service!
Was a promising place to do business with. Not anymore! Owner apparently doesn't want to sell small quantities to walk in customers. Counter people are very professional but don't bother going in unless your prepared to buy 100 of what you need.
