After not realizing my A/C wasn't cooling, just warm air at 8 pm. I immediately called John. He promptly told me what to do and when he would be there. He already knew the problem and had exactly the right part. He was in and out roughly ten minutes (shorter if I wouldn't have talked so much, lol). Professional and direct.
