Debbie helped us with our mortgage she went above and beyond what any normal mortgage broker would do. Because of her we now own our house I will never forget what she did. Me and my family are so appreciative of her. She told us in then beginning when things were difficult that she would help me get the loan and she definitely kept her word!!!!

Debbie is one hell of a mortgage broker! She was able to ask for every document she needed, upfront. Have us upload all of them at one time. Let us know any questions that were asked by the underwriter. We found a home and asked for our pre-approval (turned around in 24 hours). From pre-approval to clear to close in less than 30 days! We are soo happy in our new home!

Debbie has been extremely helpful and great to work with. She’s been specially helpful with my hispanic clients in making sure we get them to the closing table! She speaks fluent Spanish and has an excellent understanding of the particular scenarios that are common with Hispanics, like ITINs, bank statement loans, and everything in between. She’s extremely professional and understanding, so for buyers that sometimes need a bit more explaining on how everything works, I can’t think of anyone better!
