Carl Nagle is a fantastic lawyer and I highly recommend his firm. I was in a severe collision involving my pick up truck and a tractor trailer on the freeway. It was a contested liability case, and my claims were initially denied. Two years ago I had a horrible accident that could easily have ended my life. While traveling at about 70 mph on the new Hwy. 70 bypass around Goldsboro, NC on an interstate style highway at 3:20 pm I saw a vehicle that just went around a curve, thus limiting its sight, coming straight toward me on the wrong side of the highway.
