Our project was large. A re-roof with new wood deck underneath as well as new siding the whole house. I contacted the manufacturer rep for Beach House Shake with questions and asked for the 5 best contractors in my area on Long Island. Northeast was #1 on the list. The best move I made. True craftsmen for all phases and our project came out fantastic. Neighbors watched our project and were amazed. All this and total cost was very competitive.
I will start by saying that I interviewed multiple companies for a vinyl siding job on my home. After close to 6 months of going back and forth with a couple guys and a couple that were straight-up unreasonable, I found Jimmy 4. I could not have asked for a better experience. We interviewed a handful of companies and went with Jimmy because his attention to detail stood out to us, he was so knowledgeable and gave us many options, always explaining what the price impact would be. Jimmy from Northeast gave us a fair and reasonable price for all of the work we were looking for and we had several estimates. His installation crew was very good, arrived on time each day, the work looks great, and the couple of addons that were not visible until the old siding was removed were handled fairly and quickly. Jimmy and his crew did a tremendous job with the exterior renovation of my home (siding, roof, gutters). Jimmy and his crew focus on completing a job in the right way – meaning they do not cut corners.
