The service tech, Will, thought we needed a replacement part and ordered it. When he came to install it he said he wanted to replace the water filter first and see if that could be the problem (we were using aftermarket water filters). He installed a genuine Frigidaire filter, and the water flowed perfectly! He could’ve come in, installed the new part, and charged us, and we would never have known the difference. We really appreciate honesty and integrity and Preferred Appliance certainly showed us those qualities.
I called the business prior to coming over. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable on washers. This assisted us in what model we purchased. We purchased the washer and she set our appointment up same day. The technician came over to our home and removed the old washer and installed and tested the new washer and answered any questions the we had. Very efficient operation. If we have another appliance fail, our first choice of service or replacement will be Preferred Appliance Sales and Repair. Great job. Thanks.
I was surprised at how friendly helpful and courteous the whole staff was. My associate was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. She pointed out several features of different ranges and helped me make an excellent choice. THERE is absolutely no pressure here only great help and desire to help customer. I will never purchase another appliance from anywhere except PREFERRED APPLIANCE. THANKS FOR THEIR GREAT HELP
The whole process from payment to delivery to installation was seamless. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time working with Preferred Appliance and it’s been great. Highly recommend
Jasmine is the BEST! I have a cleaning business and one of my team members dropped a clients microwave plate. It was a built in and no serial numbers. She could not find the paperwork. I spent 2 weeks going to different places with a pic of the microwave. Lowes, Home Depot, other appliance stores. Most of them were even rude to me for not bringing a serial #.
