We were very happy with the response from Preferred Appliance’s repair department. They set the appointment within a reasonable time from the day of our request for service. The technician called 20 minutes before arrival. He also not only made the needed repairs but took the time to explain what was done to correct the those issues. We will continue to buy all of our appliances from this company because of the service after the sale.
Logan knew what he was doing! He did it quickly and efficiently. My only suggestion: if the control panel is a know issue, wouldn't it be a good idea for him to travel with the replacement part when he goes out on a service call for the speed queen DR5 dryer?
Always said if our appliances go we would do Preferred Appliances if they had what we needed and same or better prices. Well time came and back from vacation to a dear refrigerator. Next day we went to your store-very pleasant people, took their time to answer questions. Pleased with the price. Delivered and set up the next day. We are happy campers. Thank you Preferred
We just had our dryer serviced there and they were fantastic. Christian arrived early and was able to get the dryer up and running quickly. It’s working better than ever now. We bought our washer there and will definitely shop there again. This is the place to go if you need a new appliance or an old one fixed.
Love my new washer. Sales staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Delivery was prompt and the delivery people were great. They insured that the washer was working properly before leaving.
