Good service when I walked in the door. Had a great selection on refrigerators which is why I stopped in. Not able to comment on other appliances because I wasn’t paying attention. Was very impressed with the two guys that delivered. Very knowledgeable on the product and respectful. I have experienced dealing with Lowes in the past and the guys had no clue what was even coming off the truck to be installed or why it’s all of a sudden scratched and dented.

Our experience was excellent. Sales staff knowledgeable. Products in stock. Delivery person was on time, careful, and pleasant. In addition we love our new Speed Queen washer. Clothes seem cleaner, run time is shorter than our former low end model, and our clothes dry faster than they use to.
A special thanks to Allie, her manager and the tech that had to make a call regarding my moms washer. Allie was the BEST! She was so nice, very knowledgeable and listened intently to our concerns. Her manager, the dispatcher and the tech all went above and beyond to help us. In a world where good customer service is hard find, this company and its staff truly shows out!
