Now dental work had always been a fear of mine since having 3 previous traumatic experiences with la familia and bright dental but Dr Shariff (he is new) is the best!! Hope he lasts. Seen him 3 times now and I have never had a dentist be so communicative and observant of my comfort. He and his team talked me through every step and they were very gentle in each visit. 10/10 best dentist I’ve had so far!!!
Terrible service ! My last two appointments I have to cancel Including today bc they overbook their patients. There's only one dentist available and they overlap appointment times to get the insurance money. Last time I waited over almost an hour after my appointment was scheduled, so I left. Today, there was still 6 patients in the waiting room waiting to be seen before me. It was my appointment time at 10 am and still several others who haven't been seen yet. Do Not Recommend. Staff are unprofessional and disorganized. One of their front desk staff argued me that I needed to pay a $50 fee for rescheduling, then another employee called me back stating that I didn’t have to pay a fee at all. After the first worker I talked to made it seem like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. Then, there is only one Dentist and maybe 2 hygienist who conducts all procedures and runs back and forth between patients, not even sure if they change gloves. My last appointment took ... read more
my appointment was scheduled at 2 and i didn’t see the doctor till 3 and my “appointment” finished at 4pm, honestly if they were busy i would rather them have reached out and rescheduled me then wasted 2 hours of my day for a 30 minute max appointment when it should’ve been just a cleaning. It didn’t feel like i mattered and i was left waiting for most of the time and as mentioned i only got a comprehensive exam and cleaning that is 100% covered by my insurance except they asked me to pay a copay for my cleaning (and mind y... read more
wait time a bit long. Xrays of teeth that need work are not color coded enough to see what needs work. SO is it:1 2 3, 14 15 16, 17 18 19 and 30 31 32. Prime have the Xray shots. I hope you can see what I am questioning
