Now dental work had always been a fear of mine since having 3 previous traumatic experiences with la familia and bright dental but Dr Shariff (he is new) is the best!! Hope he lasts. Seen him 3 times now and I have never had a dentist be so communicative and observant of my comfort. He and his team talked me through every step and they were very gentle in each visit. 10/10 best dentist I’ve had so far!!!

Do Not Recommend. Staff are unprofessional and disorganized. One of their front desk staff argued me that I needed to pay a $50 fee for rescheduling, then another employee called me back stating that I didn’t have to pay a fee at all. After the first worker I talked to made it seem like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. Then, there is only one Dentist and maybe 2 hygienist who conducts all procedures and runs back and forth between patients, not even sure if they change gloves. READ ALL REVIEWS and search complaints. They waited over a year and still no proper dental procedures completed according to dental plan. They pulled my bone out when they did do a procedure. They’ve had numerous dentist and employees. Many times no dentist was available. I see a lot of other people complaining about the same things I’m complaining about. I've been here twice now, and neither time was good. The only good thing, I thought, was that they had openings on short notice. That should have been a red flag for me. The staff the first time seemed all new. Friendly, but didn't know much. The second time, they had 90% new staff. That tells me they can't keep good staff for long. And the cleaning was the most painful I've had in my life. I will never go back. I found another dentist that is much better.

I still have appointments scheduled for a deep cleaning and some fillings. I don’t mind the staff as they were knowledgeable and kind. I had an extraction had to ask for pain meds because I can’t take ibuprofen. No numbing cream before giving the shots, which hurt like none other. The extraction was quick. The care instructions had no instructions on how long to keep the gauze in I had to call back.
