My 1st vist to Arvada location today since Colorado Springs location shut down Lisa and the staff at the Arvada location were great today. My first impression was pleased and relieved. I got my ReNew anchor Dentures in 2019. They have broken and they’ve repaired them and they broken and they’ve repaired them. When I got them, they said that there was a lifetime guarantee. Both my tops and bottoms have broken. I just went to get them repaired. When I picked them up, they told me that they needed to be relined. Now they tell me it’s 500 bucks apiece to get them relined! I am a patient for a long time, I live 12 hours away and I love the work they did. I needed some help and was told the Arvada location could help me, when I talked to the office manager she was like nope you have to go to the location you originally went too. How does she not know she can request records to assist me, she was rude and did not even try to help me. I spend almost 10k, they can’t see me to give me new inserts, really how does she have a job.
This journey has been great. All the staff made me comfortable and had great attitudes. They make it easy to deal with all the appointments and time that it takes to get it done correctly. I feel like a new person but what I love most of all is I’m able to smile without embarrassment. I can just be me again!
The staff is great, and the doctors were very good. I'm so glad I got my new teeth. Ate my first steak and Olathe sweet corn on the cob for the first time in 2 years and it was great!! I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you RENEW!
