Don't believe the hype. I have had more problems than success. I was promised my issues would be fixed to no avail 4 years and 23,000 dollars later I am no better off than if I had conventional dentures. I worked with a revolving door of dentists some of them with less than congenial attitudes. The scheduling is difficult and then as I was supposed to get some help the office I was using closed. Back at share one and still using adhesive. Buyer beware!
How to start? First getting an appointment is impossible once they have payment. No one answers the phone and the level they are understaffed is shocking! Once you are finally able to get an appointment don't plan on them being anywhere near on time. If I only wait an hour past my appointment I'm very lucky, so far today as I'm waiting it's 56min past my appointment and i haven't seen anyone since the brought me back. It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t received my implants! I paid them and now they couldn’t care less about me. They did half of my surgery! So now I have no teeth just bottom posts and dentures that don’t fit me and I can’t use. This was 1 of the worst decision I’ve made in my life! Yes the times that they tried contacting me was only to cancel my appointment it’s been a whole year and I still haven’t gotten anything accomplished!
This place has been god awful! No one picks up the phone or returns calls. I have to drive over there every time i need an appt or paper work handled!!! Sorry we r short staff is not an answer. I wish i never went here! 1 implant has completely came out of my jaw. A healing abbuttment fell off and now that implant is completely covered over. Stitches in my front lower jaw kept tearing. I was having a bad alllergic reaction to the antibiotics.....sick sick.....tongue and under tongue....down both sides of my throat was swelli... read more
My dad has been going to this place about a year now.. they literally pulled out all his teeth and haven’t made any attempt to assist him with getting his new implants. They ripped him off, stay far away from this place.
