I made a phone call to Renew and they had me into the office the same day. Within a couple of hours they completed an evaluation, intelligently articulated the process and procedures, and satisfied all my questions. I found the staff to be warm and engaging. Ally was very pleasant and informative. Started late but gathered it wasn't her fault. Notice entry door to be very heavy with no handicap assist button.
When I first went in they were so pleasant and the sales person did a great job, she got a sucker! As soon as I signed the contract and loan papers everything changed. I was no longer anything to them. They never told me how to put them in the dentures what adhesives to use. How to clean them. NOTHING. NO DIRECTION AT ALL. THEY ARE RUDE. NO HELP. MY DAUGHTER AND I BOTH WENT AT THE SAME TIME. AND SHE IS NOT EVEN NEAR DONE. SHE HAS HAD A TON OF MEDICAL ISSUES AND THEY DON’T CARE! They are so unprofessional and have no compas... read more

Please be warned!!!!!! My experience with Renew Smiles in Maplewood was friendly and pleasant through the sales process and I was told everything that I wanted to hear with some concerns about how limited their warranty is!! Once they received payment (all upfront) by means of personal loan at around 13%apr then nice vanished and avoidance began!!!
