Had a wisdom teeth extraction appointment scheduled for 10:30, we show up and there’s a line out of the door, it’s now 1pm and I’ve been fasting for over 18 hours and they tell me I have two people ahead of me for A SECOND CONSULTATION. Please do not go here, it’s dangerous to leave several patients including teenagers waiting for this long while fasting. Today I went to my appointment at Renew anchor at Palm harbor. It was amazing 🤩. It was clean and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental assistant tech Rebekah was wonderful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Then I spent time with Kim going over everything I needed to do and she listened to me and treated me with such dignity and respect. I went to many other dentists and they were dismissive and not very nice & didn’t explain the process of how they did it because when I was told the price I had to pay was crazy stupid high way too much that a normal person can afford especially one who on ssd they were basically done me and had other important things to attend to I was nothing to them if I didn’t have 45-50 thousand dollars so I came in to my appointment with the notion that it was a repeat of the 4 other places I’ve already been so I was late and over it ... read more
I met with Kim after having a CT scan of my crumbling mouth taken and evaluated by their dentist/oral surgeon. She explained their process thoroughly, and how it could benefit me going forward. This was my third "opinion" and was, by far, the least aggressive and actually offensive pitch yet. While I still haven't decided what to do, I am more content with Renew than any of the others.
