I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. My mom and I came in and sat at the bar, waiting patiently to be acknowledged. We were there for over 10 minutes with no greeting, no menu, no eye contact—nothing. The bartender/server completely ignored us, even after clearly seeing us. What made it worse? We love chicken restaurants and we found this place on Google while on vacation and decided to try it out - and super glad we did! We loved the meals we got, chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, wings and bobby fries. Everything was great! Wish we had one of these at home!
Food is pretty decent but service is always terrible, some blame on the servers most blame on the kitchen. Waited 30 minutes for my food while lady in front of me waited 30 minutes for a SALAD to go. And only 6 people in the entire restaurant at lunch time. So kitchen should be able to handle that. Both locations too. Always long wait times.
The services were so bad. They almost forgot about us. I'm very disappointed. The burger I got was all American burger with bacon, and it tasted like Quarter pounder. The chicken that we also got was the sandwich, and it was also disappointing. Only thing keeping it alive is the Bar!!
Love your wings, a bit pricey and the ranch dressing could be a bit thicker. Will definitely be coming back though
