Awesome, very friendly very respectful my doctor. All the doctors here are awesome but there’s one that is buff him and I click so good. He’s awesome. He’s funny even everyone here and treat you with respect if we need something done. Come over HIR like it is.
I had a crown fail from this place after 8 months. It fell off and luckily it was all still in one piece. Emergency dental problem and they could only get me in 2 days later, I waited. It seemed like a perfect fit when I put it in and I figured they would just have to cement it back on. When I got there they charged me $40 before being seen, and when the dentist looked at it he was fumbling the crown around on my tooth proposing it doesn't fit and immediately went to the conclusion that I need a new crown, even when this one... read more
This will be my second time reviewing this company as a one star. My first review the company must have deleted. It has now been 2 weeks since I went in for a routine cleaning And I am still bleeding from the gums with a lot of pain. When I went in they used x-ray machine from the 80s. The dentist was too concerned about trying to give me a Crown but unable to because I don't have cavities. The polishing after the cleaning took twice as long as the cleaning. The staff is amazing at this location. Tuesday is one the managers and she helps me with any questions I have and is always willing to go the extra mile every time I go in. I’m very grateful for her assistance.
Staff will undermine billing procedures and charge ‘co-pays’ for every procedure done. I’ve recommended a handful of family members to use the practice, but this will no longer be the case as I was just told there was a charge for my mother’s procedure for $400 that insurance would not cover. Called to follow up many times, apparently charge does NOT exist and my mother has a credit on account. She was forced to wait 2 hours to be seen and then dentist canceled her screening because of previous unpaid amount. I’ve explained ... read more
