I am a past client of this provider in the less than 8 weeks i employed Always Best care they were late to the 2 hour shift more than 3 times and on 2 different times gave little or no notice of the fact they would be late. One time they called me at 8:01 to tell me they would be an hour late (The shift started at 8.) They also have a book they were supposed to enter data in each night and were supposed to sign it.
