I am a current client of this provider Worked with Ken G. to locate a facility for my mother located in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Ken did a terrific communicating with the family about his corespondance with the local facilities. It was a relatively seamless process to fill out the questionnaires about our Mother's wants and needs. Ken communicated with the faculties and set up appointments. This is the 4th "agency" we've worked with, but Always Best Care is not an agency; they are more like family because they treat you like a family member. Ken and Rebecca are 100% honest & sincere in every aspect. I have never worked with more knowledgeable, caring people.
