I am a current client of this provider The services have been helpful, in the services we have had. The caregivers dropped the client on the floor. We had to call 911 she had to have an MRI since she fell.

I am a past client of this provider They took more supervision than what they should've. The people that they sent were not a good match for what we needed. The caregivers didn't replace what they should have done.

I am a current client of this provider I thought that the service was good, until this last individual came in. She was manipulative, untruthful on her documentation for the agency, and she didn't wear a mask when we requested it. In our first year and a half with them, there was poor communication between us and the agency.

I am a current client of this provider I tried to get them to give me my life alert and they still have problems getting that to me. They also cannot find anyone to take care of me for Monday and Tuesday. They should think more about their clients than the monetary gain that they could get.

I am a past client of this provider There were times that my dad had to miss his hygiene because there was no staff there. The administration staff and the communication was most frustrating.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers need to make sure they show up on time and make sure they are competent in the needs I am asking for. The agency needs to be consistent with the caregivers that they have on staff.

I am a past client of this provider The guy was not strong enough for my dad. Other places could have better matched him. I would not recommend them because they didn't match him correctly at all.
