I am a past client of this provider They only came when I needed to go grocery shopping for one time and that was it. The first time someone came and showed up, but the second time the person didn't show up and we got charged for it.

I am a past client of this provider I didn't have a caregiver and they didn't show on two occasions. Twice no one showed up. They need to improve the matching of abilities to the job and the people have to show up.

I am a past client of this provider They could be better at providing for the customers needs. I need them to provide in home care, and to take me to appointments and shopping. They need better care by being reliable to their patients.

I am a current client of this provider They are here to help me, and they don't impact my life at all. They can only do four hours in one day once a week, so that is not much help. Most of the work is in the morning, so I need them here for just one hour in the morning. I think that the person we have taking care of us is fine, but the company itself is more interested in money than satisfying the clients.

I am a past client of this provider I had to set aside time to be here at home because they did not have the training needed. They have policies that prevent the caregivers from doing tasks that we needed.
